Florence Roberts, a renowned Luo Gospel Musician, has passed away after a brief illness.
Ms. Roberts, whose music career flourished, was also a Gospel minister. Friends, relatives, and colleagues fondly remember the music queen as a woman with a heart of gold.
Her impactful music not only touched the lives of many but also led her to travel across the country, ministering in crusades and churches.
She also played a vital role in mentoring aspiring musicians who have since made their mark in the gospel industry.
Some of the songs she composed include; Ka okibiro mondi konya, ng’ama konyo ngimana, Nyasaye ma ja ng’wono among others.
