Sharing heartwarming photos of their encounter, President Ruto expressed his delight in hosting four-year-old Tinsley Nduta, a pupil at Lizzie Wanyoike Preparatory School, who captured the hearts of many on social media with her genuine reluctance about the reopening of schools.
