Police officers in Kisumu Central are detaining a couple following an incident yesterday where a woman was allegedly pushed from the third floor of a building in Lolwe estate, resulting in her death due to severe injuries sustained from the fall.

The deceased, identified as Vincy 22, had reportedly left her husband after a domestic dispute. According to sources, after a period of separation, Vincy discovered that her estranged husband was cohabiting with another woman in their former residence. This prompted her to pay him a visit.

Upon arriving at the residence, Vincy found her husband with another woman, sparking a heated altercation. The situation escalated, culminating in her being pushed from the third floor.

The man in question then rushed her to hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

An anonymous source informed Kondele News that the deceased, upon arrival, exhibited violent behavior and attempted to physically confront the woman present in the house.
