Pain as Zabron singers soloist dies in Dar-es-Salaam

East Africa is mourning the death of Zabron singers soloist, Marco Joseph, which occurred on the might of August 21 in Dar-es-Salaam while undergoing treatment.

The chairman of the Zabron Singers, Obeid Kazimili, broke the sad news on his Facebook handle.

“Mwenyekiti wa Zabron Singers ninasikitika kutangaza kifo Cha mwimbaji mwenzetu ndugu Marco Joseph Bukulu ambaye alikuwa makamu mwenyekiti na mwl msaidizi wa Zabron Singers kilichotokea usiku wa leo huko jijini Daresalaam katika hospital ya Jakaya. Taarifa zaidi tutazitoa hapo baadae za taratibu za maziko . Bwana awabariki,” loosely translated as, “With profound sadness, Zabron singers bring to your attention the demise of one of our members Joseph Marco Buluku which occured in Dar-es-Salaam yesterday. We shall update more,”

Zabron singers, known for creative compositions, took East Africa by storm with a number of hit songs like; Sweeetie Sweetie, which is an anthem in many wedding ceremonies.
