Bonface Mwangi slapped by Gen Z for ‘betrayal’

Bonface Mwangi, a seasoned human rights activist found it rough in the hands of Gen Zs who accused him of being a traitor.

Earlier, the activist had appealed to the protestors to cease the plans of matching to State House, a message that did not sink well with the majority of those who were psyched up for the State House journey.

Dressed in Kenya Rugby Sevens jersey, Mwangi stood with a group of young men who were already charged for the days demonstrations; it was amidst the verbal altercation that one youth slapped MWangi forcing him to walk out.

Earlier today, the city was awash with the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) officers, armed to the teeth.

They were deployed earlier to keep vigil at State House and keep it out of reach of the protestors.
