#OccupyJKIA, Gen Zs vow to continue with protests after President Ruto reinstated six sacked CSs

The Gen Zs have planned a grand protest on July 23, vowing to occupy Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

This move aims to paralyze air transport at one of Africa’s busiest airports, following Cairo, Addis Ababa, Durban, and Abuja airports.

The youths have pledged to continue their demonstrations, especially after the president reinstated six Cabinet Secretaries back to their positions after previously firing them.

JKIA, like other important facilities in the country, is highly protected, making this demonstration a daring attempt by the youths.

While addressing congregants at a church service in Bomet, President Ruto vowed to protect the country from what he described as the faceless and leaderless Gen Zs.
