Police arrest suspects who attempted to vandalize Airtel mast in Bondo.

BONDO: Police in Bondo are holding up three suspects who attempted to vandalize a mast belonging to an Airtel company in Bondo sub-county.

The suspects arrived at the site at around 5am where they found two guards on duty.

They attacked them and caused injury to one Joshua Otieno aged 32, the other guard Joshua Otago aged 62 escaped unhurt.

The two were on duty guarding the mast erected at Got Kachiel, South Sakwa Location.

The guards called fro help from Bondo Police Station; they responded swiftly and managed to pursue the attackers who were in a white saloon car.

When beckoned to stop by the police, they sped off towards Wich Lum, the officers pursued them and managed to arrest them and placed them in custody.
