Sack all the Cabinet Secretaries by Thursday July 11, we are coming to State House, Eric Omondi tells President Ruto

In a sensational development, renowned comedian Erick Omondi has stirred up national attention by announcing his intention to lead a peaceful march to State House on Thursday, July 11, clad in white attire alongside fellow Kenyans.

In a viral video, Omondi, dressed in a white gown, delivered a direct message to President William Ruto, urging him to dismiss all Cabinet Secretaries and Heads of Parastatals as a means to avert the planned demonstration.

“Mr. President, I’ve heard that you are a man of prayer. Consider this a divine message: fire all Cabinet Secretaries before Thursday, July 11, or we will march to State House,” Omondi declared.

He emphasized the need for a face-to-face meeting with the President, stressing that discussions should not be relegated to media platforms.

“We need to sit down and talk about the state of our country,” Omondi insisted.

The comedian outlined the diverse groups that would accompany him to meet President Ruto, including “100 mama mbogas” (women vegetable vendors), 100 youths, and boda boda operators, all dressed in white.

He issued a plea for peaceful conduct, requesting President Ruto to instruct the police not to intervene aggressively.

“We will come in peace, so please ensure the police do not disrupt us,” Omondi urged.

The announcement has ignited curiosity and speculation across Kenya, with many eagerly awaiting the outcome of this unexpected and theatrical political engagement.
