“I would have killed 5000 Gen Zs”, Farah Maalim on spot for his comments

Daadab Member of Parliament Farah Maalim finds himself in a fiery controversy, stirring up a storm among Gen Zs after shocking remarks surfaced.

Speaking in his Somali dialect at a local event, Maalim brazenly hinted at having the power to eliminate 5000 young protestors during the parliament invasion.

His words, now circulating widely, have sparked outrage across Kenya, drawing sharp criticism from the public on social media platforms.

Many are condemning his reckless statements, especially in light of the tragic loss of young lives during the unrest.

Maalim’s comments have plunged him into a maelstrom of controversy, igniting a debate about accountability and the responsibility of public figures in a volatile political climate.

“This was an attempted coup, a clear attempted coup. Children of wealthy business owners, wealthy parents and kids raised on ill-gotten wealth, 80% from one tribe were dropped off in downtown and told to riot and take over State House and Parliament buildings,” he said.

Maalim blatantly noted that if he reigned over the nation he would have wiped them out in their thousands.

“If I were the president, which God has not made me, I would have killed 5000 of them on that day. Am serious, this was an attempted coup,” he said.

He went ahead to highlight instances when the governments were invaded and people had to die for the leaders to stamp their authority.
