Former ICT CS Eliud Owalo has expressed gratitude for his new appointment as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Performance and Delivery Management by President William Ruto.

“It is with deep gratitude that I sincerely thank President Dr. William Samoei Ruto for appointing me to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff responsible for Performance and Delivery Management within the Government,” Owalo stated.

Looking forward to his new role, Owalo emphasized his commitment to advancing the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) and collaborating with other leaders to achieve the administration’s goals.
“Under the guidance of the President, I am eager to work with all stakeholders to strengthen the Performance Management framework within the Government, foster a results-based culture in the Public Service, and ensure the efficient delivery of priority projects and programs aligned with the BETA agenda,” Owalo added.
He also expressed his intention to closely collaborate with Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service, Felix Koskei.
In his new role, Owalo will oversee the effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of priority projects and initiatives under the 5th administration, ensuring that government ministries, departments, and agencies deliver on their mandates.
