Homa Bay: Pastor Raphael Obego, who moved President Ruto during his visit to Homa Bay, is dead. Until his death, he served diligently as the chaplain of the Homa Bay county government.
Pastor Obego reportedly passed away early Wednesday morning. The family has not yet revealed the cause of his untimely demise. He gained prominence after a moving prayer that touched President Ruto and the congregants. His use of extensive vocabulary showcased his deep command of the Queen’s English.
Friends and acquaintances mourn him as a dedicated clergyman. Besides preaching the gospel, Pastor Obego was known for helping those around him.
