Katito Man Becomes Instant Millionaire in Coca-Cola Promotion

NYAKACH: A resident of Katito, Jacob Ochieng Liech, is the newest millionaire in town after bagging one million in the ongoing Coca-Cola Funua Flava Pata Mita promotion.

Ochieng, escorted in a Coca-Cola caravan, arrived in the heart of Katito alongside his wife, Caroline Achieng, to a warm welcome from the community.

Overwhelmed with joy, he thanked the beverage company for transforming his life.

“I am very happy today. I want to encourage other Kenyans to try their luck because it is true. I started playing in June this year until I became a million-shilling winner,” Ochieng said, crediting his win to divine providence.

He added that his children would no longer be sent home for school fees.

His wife echoed his sentiments, urging Kenyans to buy Coca-Cola products and participate for a chance to win life-changing prizes.

Coca-Cola Nyanza Region Sales Manager, Winnie Maina, affirmed the promotion’s authenticity.

“We are excited because we are here to reward our Funua Flava One million cash prize winner. The promotion is real,” she said.

Maina explained that participants simply need to buy a 300ml Coca-Cola or any of their brands, check under the yellow crown, and SMS the code to 40111.

The Funua Flava promotion, which runs from August to October, offers daily prizes ranging from airtime and cash awards of KSh 100, KSh 50,000, and KSh 100,000, to the grand prize of KSh 1 million.
