ALEGO USONGA: A family residing in a dilapidated house for the past four years in Nyalgunga sub-location, Alego/Usonga sub-county, found relief when Pius Omudho (manager for Prince Indah) stepped in to build them a new house.
Lawrence Juma, his wife Beatrice Adhiambo, and their seven children endured the harsh conditions of their rundown dwelling since 2020.

Expressing gratitude, 42-year-old Juma, who lives with a disability, acknowledged the challenges they faced, particularly during rainy seasons. He expressed hope that the new house would significantly alleviate their struggles.

Beatrice, equally elated, shared their ordeal of enduring public ridicule and expressed relief that the Foundation’s support would shield them from further mockery.
Neighbors, led by Alex Oduol and Jane Adhiambo, attested to the family’s plight, acknowledging their suffering. They believed the new house would not only improve the family’s living conditions but also benefit their seven children, who had endured the cold.

John Ondiek, a community leader instrumental in connecting the family with the Foundation, extended heartfelt gratitude to the Pius Omudho Foundation. He urged the organization to consider supporting more families, highlighting the numerous households in desperate need within the region.
