BONDO: As the police continue to investigate a bizarre incident at St. Andrews Bondo Catholic Church, where an unknown person defecated on a holy portrait placed beside the Eucharist, Kondele News has uncovered possible internal conflicts as the underlying cause.

The ugly incident has turned the revered church into a public spectacle and subjected it to ridicule among members of the public.

Sources within the church, however, have revealed ongoing internal disputes that have led to divisions within the leadership.

Allegations suggest the existence of two factions within the church leadership, each with opposing agendas. Last Sunday, despite expectations that the majority would shy away from attending mass, the church was filled with worshippers condemning the act as barbaric.

Despite the incident gaining attention even at the Vatican City, the presiding minister of the gospel that day avoided addressing it directly, leaving it to the police.

An anonymous informant stated, “It is a police matter, and investigations are ongoing. There is a strong belief that it was orchestrated by a faction within the church, so we await the police report.”
