I will stick with President Ruto because I know what I want, Ochanda

Bondo lawmaker Gideon Ochanda reaffirmed his commitment to supporting President William Ruto.

While addressing a gathering at Got Agulu Secondary School, where he launched several development projects, he emphasized the importance of maintaining his friendship with the President to benefit their constituency.

“I am dedicated to delivering crucial projects that have been long overdue for our region,” Dr. Ochanda stated.

He highlighted the urgent need to rehabilitate the deteriorating Dho Goye bridge and to resume construction on the Bondo-Lihunda road.

“The neglected Dho Goye bridge requires immediate attention. I will continue fostering my relationship with the President to ensure its completion,” he stressed.

Regarding the Bondo-Lihunda road, he emphasized its significance and his steadfast commitment to its successful implementation.

Dr. Ochanda acknowledged the public response to his support of the Finance Bill 2024 but dismissed it, focusing instead on achieving tangible results rather than engaging in populist politics. With a touch of humor, he remarked, “If we succeed in delivering these projects, we will celebrate together. If not, we will lament together.”

The lawmaker’s speech resonated positively with the audience at Got Agulu Secondary School, where his dedication to prioritizing development over political expedience was warmly received.
