Sheila Odoyo, 38, a beloved Ohangla dancer renowned by her stage name “Sheila Wegesha,” tragically met her demise in her bedroom in a luxurious neighborhood of Machakos County.

Married to the prominent businessman Jackson Bamboo, 45, she was found dead under suspicious circumstances, with her husband emerging as the primary suspect in her brutal murder.

The harrowing discovery of her lifeless body was made by her daughter, who had gone to deliver lunch to her mother, only to stumble upon the gruesome scene of Sheila lying in a pool of blood.

Preliminary investigations conducted by the authorities reveal that the suspect, still at large, hastily departed their upscale residence at 1 a.m., leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions and profound grief in the wake of Sheila’s untimely demise.

“The lifeless body was lying on a bed inside her bedroom with the blood on the mattress and visible deep cut on her throat,” read part of a police incident report seen by Kondele News.
