Somber mood as a body of a 60 year-old man is discovered in a welding shop.

ALEGO USONGA: Residents of Kakumu Kombewa sub-location were left shocked yesterday after discovering the body of a 60-year-old man inside his welding shop.

The deceased, identified as Peter Ouma, was last seen leaving his residence at 7 am, heading towards the welding shop.

Family members reported that he had complained of chest pains earlier that morning before going to his shop.

“Police discovered the lifeless body of Peter Ouma, aged 60, inside his single-room welding shop. His body was found lying on the floor facing upwards,” stated a police incident report obtained by Kondele News.

The report further indicated that “The body showed no visible physical injuries. The scene was processed, documented, and the body was removed to Siaya County Referral Morgue pending autopsy.”

Siaya County Police Commander Cleti Kimaiyo said the investigations are ongoing.
