St Joseph’s teacher, Ms Dewinnie Naweer celebrates her school in style

A female teacher from St Joseph’s High School Kitale captured the attention of many with her exuberant celebration following her soccer team’s victory against St Paul’s Sinoko yesterday.

Dewinnie Naweer, who was clad in a black tracksuit and red top, passionately rolled on the ground in celebration, reminiscent of the famous musician Embarambamba, shouting joyfully as she marked the young Trans Nzoia County champions’ success.

Her jubilation didn’t stop there; she even lifted one of the players in excitement over their stellar performance.

The team showcased remarkable talent and skills throughout the match, which remained goalless in the first half.

However, during the second half, St Joseph’s scored two goals and conceded one, securing a decisive victory.

Kenyans on various platforms such as X and Facebook joined in celebrating the school’s achievement, with many congratulating the team and expressing well-wishes for their upcoming matches.

Kondele News gathered reactions from across social media, highlighting the widespread enthusiasm sparked by the trending pictures of the memorable celebration.
