Kiambu County mourning death of a young vibrant MCA

JUJA: Kiambu County Assembly is mourning death of nominated MCA Ezra Kabuga Kihara which occurred early morning along Thika Superhighway next to Mangu School.

According to the police incident report recorded at Juja Police station, the vehicle carrying the lawmaker rammed onto the rear of an Isuzu track.

“On reaching at the location of the accident the driver of the Forester rammed onto the rear of Isuzu FRR lorry,” stated the report.

It further read, “As a result, the driver of the Subaru forester died on the spot. Body removed and is lying at Montezuma funeral home awaiting postmortem.”

Kiambu Governor Kimani wa Matangi described the late lawmaker as a promising politician.

“It was with a deep sense of loss that I received the sad news of the death of nominated Member of County Assembly Hon. Ezra Kabuga Kihara. Hon. Kabuga was a vibrant and promising young leader, whose commitment and passion for serving the people of Kiambu was evident in every aspect of his work,” said Dr Wamatangi.

The county boss also noted, “It is heartbreaking to lose such a young, dedicated legislator with so much promise for the future. During this difficult time, I stand with the family in grief and prayer. May God grant you strength and comfort as you navigate through this immense loss. We share in your sorrow and honour his memory, which will live on in the legacy he leaves behind.”
