Police officer fighting for his life after he was caught with another man’s wife

Emurua Dikir: A police officer in Emurua Dikir, Narok County is recuperating at one of the health facilities after he escaped death narrowly in the hands of angry mob.

Police Constable James Sungura was found inside the house of a man who stays in kericho County.

According to the police incident report seen by Kondele News, a motor cycle belonging to the officer was first spotted before the angry neighbors stormed in and bade for his blood.

“Josephat Langat  58, reported that he saw a motorcycle parked outside his sons house Naoh Rotich who stays at Kericho. He raised an alarm and neighbors responded. One James Sungura Marwa of Cipu Transmara East Division was caught in a love triangle with Noah Rotich’s wife namely  Faith Rotich,” stated the incident report recorded at Emurua Dikir Police station.

The report further stated, “A struggle  ensued  and he managed to escape .A search was mounted  by the OCS and the DCI team . Finally the officer was  found lying in a grass about 2km from Dikirr police station along Dikirr-Mugondo tarmac road while unconscious  with physical deep cut injury on the forehead  and he was nose bleeding.”
