Kabras Sugar are the Rugby Champions

Kabras Sugar Club are the 2024/2025 Kenya Cup champions after thrashing their rivals, Menengai Oilers, in a thrilling final that drew a mammoth crowd at the Kakamega Grounds.

In a tightly contested match, Kabras scored 27 tries, narrowly edging out the Oilers, who managed 26. With this win, Kabras successfully defended their title and solidified their dominance in the league.

As the curtains fall on this season’s tournament, it’s a time for the Oilers to reflect, regroup, and return to the drawing board in preparation for the next campaign.
