Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka set the internet abuzz after a photo emerged of him consoling a man bearing a striking resemblance to him.
The image, taken during the requiem mass of Musyoka’s late friend Daniel Kimanzi Muanga, quickly went viral, with many online users drawing attention to the uncanny similarity between the two men.
While paying tribute, the former Vice President described Muanga as a God-fearing man who lived a life of integrity and dedication.
Muanga was laid to rest at his rural home in Kwa Vonza Ward, Kitui Rural Constituency.
Despite the solemn occasion, the viral image continues to fuel online speculation and amusement over the unexpected doppelgänger moment.
“Daniel was a vision carrier, and his absence will be felt not just to his immediate family and friends, but the whole community and country. Rest in peace my friend Daniel, and our condolences to Mama Veronica Mwende, your children and the entire Muanga family,” posted Musyoka on his X account.
