The specific charges are; on August 24, 2024, at Bondo Police Station within Siaya County, Kipkwemoi allegedly obtained Sh330,000 from Paul Apata Airo, on the second charge, on September 9, 2024, he allegedly obtained Sh100,000 from Fredrick Omondi Omolo.

Constable Kipkwemoi was granted a bond of Sh50,000 with an alternative cash bail of Sh20,000. The case is scheduled to be mentioned on December 15.
