Comedian Erick Omondi has transferred the body of his departed brother Fred Omondi from Mama Lucy mortuary after he died following a tragic road accident this morning.

The body that was carried by the Exodus Funeral Service Hearse left Mama Lucy Hospital; Erick Omondi was following the vehicle that carried his brother’s remains in a black Prado.

Mr Omondi posted on his social media handle mourning his late comedian brother.

The comedian posted “Go well brother” with an emoji of a broken heart.

According to a Police Incident report seen by Kondele News, he was hit by a Mitsubishi which was heading to CBD.

“A Mitsubishi m/bus foward SACCO driven by one Stephen Maina from Kayole directions heading towards the CBD and a motorcycle from the opposite side on wrong side (consolidated bank) collided head-on and as a result, the pillion passenger namely Fredrick Odhiambo Omondi died on the spot,” stated the report.
