Blocked toilet reveals sad secrets that eventually ended a marriage

Normally a son-in-law’s visit would be a celebration decorated with lots of food and drinks, good talks with laughter and fun.

This was not the case in Uhongo village, Alego Usonga constituency in Siaya county, at old Okumu’s home on Wednesday, when Justus, his son-in-law, unceremoniously arrived hand in hand with his wife Rebecca.

One look at his teary eyed daughter, Okumu knew that this was no ordinary visit. He however welcomed them into the house.

Justus announced that he wanted a divorce, reason? A blocked toilet that led to an embarrassing discovery.

Justus had gone for visit his wife in Bondo, when he noticed that the toilet was clogged.

This prompted Justus to get a plumber to help unblock the toilet.

As he worked, he pulled a surprising collection of used condoms from the depths of the plumbing.

The Nakuru based accountant confronted his wife about the glaring evidence of infidelity. She however denied any knowledge of how the condoms got to their toilet.

Justice and Rebecca have been married for two years now. While Justus works in Nakuru, Rebecca is a primary school teacher in Bondo.

It did not help that Rebecca is heavily pregnant, Justus now in doubt if he is responsible for the pregnancy.

While Rebecca insists that she has never been unfaithful to her husband, Justus insists that she must explain how the condoms clogged their toilet since he has never used any ever since they got married.

Parents from both sides are set to help the couple uncover the truth about the clogged toilet and help the couple save their marriage.
