A video has emerged of Kitutu Chache lawmaker Anthony Kibagendi attacking an aide of South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro at a hotel in Kisii town.

The mute video, which runs for three minutes, was recorded on November 27 at 8:00 AM. It begins with Osoro’s aide having breakfast in the dining area.

Moments later, another man arrives and sits at the furthest end of the hotel.

At exactly 30 seconds, Kibagendi arrives at the hotel wearing a mask. He immediately attacks the aide with kicks and blows, forcing the victim to flee for safety.

In the process of escaping, the aide receives a blow that sends him to the ground.

Other people within the hotel eventually stepped in to separate the two men.
