Popular social media personality and digital content creator Ayzia J has died alongside her front-seat passenger after the vehicle she was driving careened off a New Jersey highway and struck a tree.

The 22-year-old influencer, whose legal name was Ayzia J. Toledo, of Bristol, Pennsylvania, commanded a combined following of more than 300,000 users across her highly active TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch channels.

According to the New Jersey State Police, the fatal accident occurred late on the night of Sunday, July 5, 2026.

Troopers responded to the emergency call at approximately 10:55pm on the southbound lanes of Route 55 in Deptford Township, Gloucester County.

Investigators state that Toledo was behind the wheel of a BMW when she suddenly lost control of the vehicle.

The car veered off the asphalt, flipped over, and crushed on a roadside tree.

First responders arrived at the heavily damaged vehicle to find that both Toledo and her front-seat passenger, identified as 22-year-old Henrietta F. Carter of Darby, Pennsylvania, had sustained fatal injuries.

Both young women were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third unidentified passenger, who was sitting in the back seat of the BMW, miraculously survived the impact with minor injuries. Paramedics transported the survivor to a local hospital, where they were treated and listed in stable condition.

State police confirmed that no other vehicles were involved.
