Shock after Kisumu man carried mother’s corpse on a motor bike

Residents of Chuth Ber village in Kisumu West were left speechless after a man, a man arrived home from the mortuary with his late mother’s body strapped to a motorcycle.

The bizarre scene unfolded as family and church members waited for a hearse to transport the deceased.

According to witnesses, the man, in an act that has left the community in disbelief, decided to bypass the traditional burial arrangements and brought his mother’s body home on the motorbike.

This unusual action has sparked a major conflict, with church leaders reportedly refusing to conduct the burial service.

They are demanding that the body be returned to the morgue and brought back for burial in a more dignified manner.

The standoff has left the community divided, with some questioning the man’s motives and others defending his right to mourn in his own way.
