Sanaipei Tande Joins Bongo Star Search as Kenyan Judge for Season 15

Celebrated Kenyan star Sanaipei Tande will serve as the Kenyan judge for the newly launched reality show, Bongo Star Search (BSS) Season 15.

This popular reality show, similar to the famed Tusker Project Fame, brings together talented singers to compete for a grand prize of Tsh20 million.

This season marks the first time BSS will include contestants from three East African countries: Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

The expansion aims to showcase a wider array of talent from across the region.

Speaking in Nairobi at the launch of the Kenyan chapter, chief judge and show founder Rita Paulsen expressed her excitement about the show’s growth.

“For the past seasons, we have been in Tanzania. This season we have crossed the borders and will accommodate contestants from the three countries in East Africa,” said Ms. Paulsen during the launch.

Sanaipei Tande, a renowned singer and actress, is a highly celebrated figure in Kenya.

Her involvement in the show is expected to bring a touch of professionalism and expertise.

Tande has several albums and hit songs to her name, including “Nakuaga Kwaheri” featuring Juakali and “Amina,” which have received widespread acclaim from fans in Kenya and across East Africa.

Her appointment as a judge is seen as a significant boost to the show’s credibility and appeal, promising an exciting and competitive season for BSS.
